Many people think that spending more time in sun will affect their skin positively which is wrong. Sun rays are very harmful for your skin. But it is also true that sun gives us vitamin D which is very effective for our skin. In fact vitamin d is very good for skin cancer. Due to its effectiveness and dangerous effects of sunlight we should be very careful. Daily 15 to 21 minutes exposure to sun is good enough for your skin. But if you spend more time in sunlight your skin will get burnt.
