If we talk about acne and food then chocolate, pizza, French fries and other junk food comes in our mind as acne culprit. It is because there are many myths associated with acne and one of them is that acne is caused by certain food. Chocolate, pizza and French fries are considered as one of the main source of acne. Many people can control their other diet but to avoid these foods are really hard for everyone. Everyone loves these things. Is there any connection between chocolate and acne? But if you notice your own diet then you will notice that acne does not cause by any food like chocolate. If you have any breakouts after eating chocolate then stop eating eat for few days. After few days again take chocolate and if you notice breakout again then it could be a allergic reaction rather than cause of acne. Many people have some kind of allergic reactions to certain foods, that’s why they get acne when they take that food. People think that food is a main cause but actually it is allergy. If you know which food causes you allergy then avoid only those food.
The main point is healthy and balance food for healthy life. If you take chocolates, pizza, potato chips and other food in excess quantity then it would definitely cause you acne. Don’t eat too much chocolate; keep it in moderate quantity so that it will not harm your skin.
