Do not use benzoyl peroxide in any case for scalp acne because it will change your hair color. In fact if you have dyed your hairs then you should consult your dermatologist before starting any treatment. Many people try dandruff shampoos for scalp acne as it contain zinc and zinc is considered good for acne prone skin. Try to avoid all the harsh shampoos and conditioner as it may worsen your scalp acne.
